Class v 2.0

A couple of obvious observations:

1. If the average caliber of the students in a classroom is good enough, you can read from a piece of paper for two hours and they'll take notes throughout

2. Even when told a slide will never be relevant and is up on the course website, said students will copy it down into their notes. They will panic if the slide is passe by too quickly.

3. This is miraculous to me, having taught (generally) less motivated students for five years. I don't think this guy is earning our attention! I do think he's cute in his stodginess though.

4. Taking notes on a laptop feels... naughty. I'm in the FUTURE. *wink*

p.s. the entire room had macs. Almost all were white ibooks. My black ibook fights for the dark side.
