I try so hard to attain "wellness" but it's really elusive right now. I have been so exhausted lately and having really disconcerting heart fluttering. I don't know if the latter is anxiety or whether it's related to something I am consuming without realizing it. To check on possible causes I am ceasing to take my vitamins/supplements temporarily. I am only taking my (necessary) medication, which I did just pick up a new bottle of. The way my heart feels I am wondering if this new bottle isn't tainted somehow. Eeech. (It's not in generic form yet, but is coming straight from Ely Lilly).

I had a good week, but it's back to work tomorrow. I'm going to try and do some low key thesis work today but it's mostly a day for some chores and I have some banana bread from a Yoga Journal recipe in the oven (it's vegan, actually. I'll post the recipe if it turns out.)

I haven't been sleeping well at all, and as a result have been having trouble getting up before ten. I am going to meditate later and try to focus my intentions for the academic quarter. Oh, and maybe a bath. Whatever it takes to feel good! (I'd settle for not having heart palpitations and shaky hands right now.)
